Today, our 10 Days to Conquer workout for kids will help kids work up to pumping a swing independently!
The benefits of swinging
Pumping a swing requires limb strength as well as a strong core! Once you have the strength, it’s all in the coordination. This 10 day workout will have your child ready to pump a swing in no time!
Check out this great article on the social, cognitive, and physical benefits of swinging! Swinging is not only enjoyable for kids, but it also helps build their gross motor skills while having a blast.
And here are some super fun activities to try on a swing with your little one!
Is swinging too much for your child’s sensory system? Try some heavy work first!
Have a little one who’s desperate to learn how to pump on a swing?
Simply print off the workout and get started! You can use the first printable sheet as your guide, or cut out the larger circles on pages 2 and 3, punch a hole in the top of each, and put them on a ring to bring with you on the go!
