Today, our 10 Days to Conquer workout for kids will help kids work up to pumping a swing independently!
Pumping a swing requires limb strength as well as a strong core! Once you have the strength, it’s all in the coordination. This 10 day workout will have your child ready to pump a swing in no time!
Check out this great article on the social, cognitive, and physical benefits of swinging!
And here are some super fun activities to try on a swing with your little one!
Is swinging too much for your child’s sensory system? Try some heavy work first!
Have a little one who’s desperate to learn how to pump on a swing?
Simply print off the workout and get started! You can use the first printable sheet as your guide, or cut out the larger circles on pages 2 and 3, punch a hole in the top of each, and put them on a ring to bring with you on the go!
Share your kids’ hard work and success with us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using#10daystoconquer!
