Do you pre-bake your pie shell? Do you use regular or deep dish? I have everything I need to make this dish and SO want to cook it tonight?rluy
Hi,
Salmon and cherries: a worthy combination and one I’ve done in the past, too, but as grilled salmon with a cherry compote. I do love salmon salads, too, and here in the Northwest I get to enjoy them often. I like to use a bit of liquor in reductions and desserts, too, but for whatever reason have not used red wine much for that application, it looks delicious here!Recipe
