This cute printable is the perfect way to talk about New Year Resolutions for kids – download yours today!
The New Year is here!! Over the past week of the holiday break, we have been reflecting on the past year with our kids. They each had some fabulous recollections that we all enjoyed writing down to create a lasting memory.
They made notes of what they enjoyed about this year, what new things they learned to do and what their proudest moments were. It was so refreshing to hear their perspectives.
As part of this time together, we also set goals for the year to come. My 7 year old son wants to learn to snowboard, my middle daughter wants to try water skiing, and my oldest daughter wants to achieve her best times yet in swimming.
I am a big believer in writing goals down as a reminder of what they want to achieve so we created this New Year Resolutions for Kids printable where they can remember what they’ve achieved this year, document their dreams for the year ahead, and relish in accomplishing them in the coming months!
Need a little inspiration for kids’ New Year’s resolutions? Check out these 30 great goals for kids to choose from this year that will promote health, activity, development, and independence! You can also try our printable goal setting worksheet to break goals down into specific categories.
We’d love to hear what your kids decided to master this year! Was it something big or something small? Something that conquered a fear or something they just want to learn to do better?
