WHEW! What a whirlwind last week was! We certainly hope that you had time to relax and enjoy your family! Do you have any fun traditions that get your family up and moving around the holidays?
We LOVE to go sledding on Christmas Day! But this year, it was 56 degrees in Ohio on Christmas! Not one snowflake to be found! So, we improvised! My kids headed out the door for a big game of soccer in the front yard with some neighbors. It was so much fun to watch and they got loads of fresh air and exercise!

Sugar Aunts shared this Polar Bear themed activity full of gross motor and sensory fun! They were so creative with their sensory bin contents to go with this theme and you will love all of the suggestions for gross motor movement through an obstacle course!
A Little Pinch of Perfect came up with a crafty way to get your kiddos shaking in the New Year using recycled fruit cups!
And, There’s Just One Mommy nailed it with this list of ideas to avoid cabin fever and keep moving during winter break! I think we are all desperate for ideas at this point and there are some GREAT ones here!
