Erasable Highlighters
These awesome erasable highlighters are a great way to work on prewriting and handwriting practice. Kids will love making shapes, lines, and letters with the colored end of the highlighter and then…POOF! Like magic, they can make the lines disappear using the opposite end of the highlighter!
Practice making horizontal lines, vertical lines, diagonal lines, circles, numbers, letters, sight words and more!
Invisible Ink Pens
Another favorite of our kids at The Treehouse and at home are these cool invisible ink pens. Simply draw or write anything you want – you won’t be able to see any ink on the page! Then, shine the little light in the cap of the pen onto the paper and suddenly, you’ll see your masterpiece!
Again, this is great for practicing prewriting lines and shapes or for practicing letter formation and construction.
Not being able to see the ink on the page is an extra proprioceptive challenge – perfect for older kids or kids with slightly higher level writing skills.
