Hey there friends! How are you this week? We are AMAZING!! Did you hear our big news?? Our brand new book, SENSORY PROCESSING 101, is being released tomorrow!
We can’t even begin to tell you about the effort that has gone into bringing you this comprehensive resource. It is the perfect reference for teachers, therapists, parents, caregivers — EVERYONE — to use to help understand the sensory needs of EVERY child!
And, guess what? There are plenty of whole body movement ideas in the book that encourage vestibular and proprioceptive input!
Here are a few other movement activities you shared on our Facebook Page last week.
PINK OATMEAL || Chanda does it again with another awesome whole body movement experience. Those pediatric physical therapists are awesome, aren’t they?! :) This week, she shared her dinosaur themed gross motor and brain break ideas. Learn to walk, dance, and even fly like a dinosaur!
3 DINOSAURS || It’s only appropriate to follow up a dinosaur post with an idea from a blog called “3 Dinosaurs”, right? Cassie gives some great ideas for gross motor movement to go right along with the book “Where The Wild Things Are”. Your kids will cause a rumpus, ride in a boat, and show their claws! .
HOMESCHOOL SHARE || We love this idea for a Wiggle Jar to give kids “a break before they break”! Check out the post to download a free printable wiggle jar label and 32 activity cards
That’s all for today! Be sure to check out our book and let us know what you think! And, don’t forget to share your gross motor ideas on Facebook today!
HAPPY MONDAY!

I can’t download your wiggle jar printable. Any suggestions? Thanks! Would love to use it!
Hi Maggie! The wiggle jar printable is from homeschoolshare.com. You may want to email the administrator of that site to see if you can get the download. Thanks!
