Happy Monday everyone! It is time to get inspired to get up and get moving with your children! This week, we had some great activities shared on our Facebook page that targeted movement and learning. This combo packs a powerful child development punch!
In fact, we are about to start a new series with a bunch of our favorite bloggers about how to encourage learning through movement. You can watch for it here beginning on August 4th!
PINK OATMEAL || Check out fellow pediatric PT, Chanda, and her awesome Movement Stations. Active kids are more likely to perform better in school. How about incorporating a few Movement Stations into your classroom to give them a boost?
KIDS YOGA STORIES || Take your children on an imaginary journey to Costa Rica to learn about toucans, monkeys, and jaguars! This is another example of an activity to incorporate movement through yoga and learning with a sweet book about rain forests!
Happy Monday everyone!
