Thanks for this link. I have ordered some of the yoga books and cards from the shop. I have been trying to do some kids yoga with my 2 1/2 year old and hope these resources will give us some more tools to help us build the routine. Some great pointers in this post and I have been LOVING the Happy New Year, Healthy Kids series.
