Hello and Happy Movement Monday! Check out today’s fun and creative movement activities for babies and toddlers!
The Halloween festivities are officially over and now it is REALLY time to get up and get moving! I mean, how many mini Snickers can one person actually eat while passing out candy? I will tell you from personal experience…A LOT!

In the meantime, here is some great information about important movement and activities for babies and a fun way to keep toddlers racing around the house on a creative scavenger hunt.
CanDoKiddo || What is really going on in tummy time? It’s more than just neck strengthening. Fellow OT, Rachel, totally “geeks out” and covers every aspect of this important child development skill that you will ever need to know about!
BUSY TODDLER || What kiddo doesn’t LOVE a flashlight? This activity will get them moving and keep them occupied for hours as they use their flashlight to find whatever you ask them to. Make sure you have extra batteries on hand!
HAPPY MONDAY! Enjoy your week!
