Help your little one work up to this skill with this free printable 10-day workout!
Each day, your child can complete two of the fun and simple activities or exercises, getting her closer and closer to her goal!
Simply print off the workout and get started!
You can use the first printable sheet as your guide, or cut out the larger circles on pages 2 and 3, punch a hole in the top of each, and put them on a ring to bring with you on the go!

If your garden isn’t huge (or you don’t fancy the idea of turning it all into a playground), the Holt climbing frame from Selwood is a good option. It’s compact, but still packs in a lot of features. And it should keep kids up to 10 years old entertained. Lifetime’s Geometric Dome can be a hassle-free option too; freestanding ones are often lightweight and easier to construct and maintain.
